Steel Partners Raises Stake in Brink's Company (BCO) By 110K Shares

In an amended 13D filing on The Brink's Company (NYSE: BCO), Steel Partners disclosed an 8% stake (3.88 million shares) in the company. This is up from the 5.7% stake (3.77 million shares) stake the firm disclosed in a quarterly filing with regulators.

The firm noted they bought 42K shares on 11/02 at $52.61 and 68K shares on 11/03 at $52.54.
